M & A Training

In conjunction with our partners, we run regular training sessions on various aspects of M&A, including 'Successful M&A Integration Programmes'. These training events are open to clients who would like to learn more about how to plan, mobilise, evaluate, track and deliver successful integration programmes. Typical participants include CEO's CFO's, Human Resource Directors, Heads of Change, Heads of M&A and Integration Programme Directors.

The trainers lecture at the UK's top business schools and at major business conferences, recently chairing the M&A Integration conference in Europe. They are regular contributors to well known business periodicals and recognised experts in M&A Integration.
