We observe, sadly on too many occasions, a well intended plethora of initiatives initiated by management to enable a business to chart a course through difficult times.

Unfortunately there are times when these 'change portfolios'  don't stack up from a timing, resource and dependency perspective. Worst of all many initiatives we observe have no direct link or relationship to an improvement in the measures that will define the success of the business in the future.
